My recent stay at Vinpearl Resort & Spa Phu Quoc was nothing short of idyllic. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of serene luxury and impeccable service. The resort's sprawling grounds are beautifully landscaped, creating a tranquil escape with lush greenery and meticulously maintained pathways leading to the stunning beachfront. The accommodations were equally impressive. My room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and boasted breathtaking views of the ocean. The attention to detail was evident, from the comfortable bedding to the well-appointed bathroom and the thoughtful amenities provided. Each day felt like waking up in a haven of relaxation. What truly set Vinpearl Resort & Spa apart was its exceptional hospitality. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. Whether it was the seamless check-in process, the prompt and efficient room service, or the helpful recommendations from the concierge, every interaction was a pleasure. The resort also offers a fantastic array of facilities to enhance any stay. The swimming pool was a delight, perfect for a refreshing dip under the tropical sun. The private beach provided a tranquil setting for sunbathing and enjoying the crystal-clear waters of Phu Quoc. For those seeking rejuvenation, the spa offered a range of indulgent treatments in a serene environment. Dining at the resort was a culinary journey. The diverse restaurants catered to all tastes, with fresh seafood being a particular highlight. The quality of the food was consistently high, and the service was always attentive. An Unforgettable Evening: The Beach Bistro BBQ Party One of the highlights of my stay was the BBQ party at The Beach Bistro. This event was an absolute treat, perfectly blending a relaxed beachside ambiance with a vibrant and festive atmosphere. The setting itself was magical.

Hotel features a beautiful garden and a private, clean beach. However, sun loungers on the pier are often reserved with towels by guests early in the morning. The beach and sea are clean, making them suitable for both children and adults. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh, with a wide variety of food options that were regularly replenished—we never felt anything was missing. Room cleaning was satisfactory, although general cleanliness in the hotel, particularly vacuuming carpets, could be improved. We stayed in a Deluxe room with a stunning sea view, and the room was impressively spacious. The bathroom was well-stocked, offering not only shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner but also extras like toothpaste, a toothbrush, and other small amenities. The hotel provides complimentary transportation to and from the airport, as well as to a nearby town with restaurants and shops (just two stops away). The free shuttle runs every 30 minutes. Public spa reservations are available. Service in the spa and during breakfast was excellent, but the reception staff could have been more helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but it does not quite meet the standard of a 5-star property.

Our family enjoyed 3 amazing nights in a luxurious 3-bedroom villa with private pool, ocean views and private beach access. The villa was HUGE and very clean. Aside from the comfortable beds and amenities provided, what we really appreciated the most were the friendly, courteous and attentive attitude of all the staff. From the bellboy to reception staff, tuktuk driver to restaurant staff and everyone in between - they all made us feel very special and well looked after. I should also mention that my son fell sick on our last night there and the resort sent their resident nurse to care for him, they also provided complimentary congee and ginger tea and multiple phone calls to check how he was doing. We will never forget their genuine kindness. Also worth noting is the incredible buffet breakfast - so much choice in cuisine and so well organised. We also experienced the ‘amazing BBQ dinner’ with live music and incredible fire-dancing performance. It was a bit pricey but we felt it was worth it! We love this resort so much, we are already talking about when we can come back! 10/10!

They use the face recognition system to enter the restaurant for breakfast, made process fast and smooth, Breakfast was great,variety of choices ,got Vietnamese local and international food .
